Heather Leonard graduated as Valedictorian from Florala High School in 1997. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Biology from the University of Alabama in 2001 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2003. Heather has been with Pro Vita since 2023 and she treats patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Heather specializes in treating vertigo with comprehensive vestibular and fall prevention techniques, dry needling, orthopedic surgery aftercare, hand therapy, kinesiology taping, manual lymphatic drainage, cardiac and neurological rehabilitation. Heather and her husband Jason are Florala natives and they have 3 children. They enjoy various sporting activities, community involvement, as well as spending time outdoors gardening on their farm.
