Our Story
Pro Vita Physical Therapy was founded in 2019 by Dr. Carla Bulla, PT, DPT, MEd, ATC, with the belief that physical therapy should be personal, purposeful, and centered on helping each patient reach the goals that matter most to them.
Since then, Pro Vita has grown to four locations serving communities across Northwest Florida and South Alabama while remaining privately owned and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
